- 1 Scone mold
Ingredients
- 250 g Light flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 50 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Soy milk
- 50 g Soy milk yogurt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Mix 1, sugar and butter well.
- Add egg, yogurt, love, and soy milk if needed.
- Cut out 3 with scones mold and spread soy milk on top, bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes.
Notes
*It is delicious as it is, but if you spread seasonal fruit butter on it, it will make you feel even richer.(Today, I will eat it with peach butter).
