Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 60 g Butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 30 g Coconut Flakes
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Sift the flour and baking powder well.
  • Place the sifted flour mixture, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix.
  • Once 2 is mostly combined, add the coconut flakes, egg, and love, then mix further.
  • Roll out to 3 cm thickness (do not roll too thinly).
  • Cut out shapes using a scone mold and place on parchment paper.
  • Brush milk on top.
  • Bake in a preheated 180℃ oven for 20 minutes.

Notes

These scones go well with any jam. Enjoy them with jam and clotted cream!
