Rice-flour Okara Scones

Ingredients
- 100 g Rice flour
- 50 g Okara(Tofu refuse)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 70 cc Soymilk
- 30 g Rice oil
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 30 g Plum jam
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix rice flour, okara, baking powder and salt well
- Mix rice oil, 1, plum jam, and love well.
- Add soy milk while checking the consistency of 2.
- Die-cut the scones and bake at 170 degrees for 20minutes.
Notes
Plum jam and clotted cream go well with crispy scones.
