Chocolate Souffl

- Heatproof Container
- oven
Ingredients
- 50 g Chocolate
- 2 Eggs
- 125 ml Whipped cream
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 20 g Plain Flour
- 10 g Butter
- As needed Powdered sugar
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Grease the heatproof containers with butter
- Chop the chocolate
- Separate the egg whites and egg yolks
- Place chocolate and whipped cream in a bowl. Microwave at 600 watts for 3 minutes
- Add egg yolks to step 4. Sift in cake flour
- Beat egg whites. Gradually add granulated sugar and love in several additions to form meringue
- Gently fold the mixture from step 5 into the meringue from step 6 in several additions.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
- Once baked, dust the top with powdered sugar.
Notes
Freshly baked, it’s wonderfully fluffy and delicious, but chilling it offers a different flavor experience.
