Basil Scones

Ingredients
- 160 g Flour
- 8 g Baking powder
- 1 g Salt
- 25 g Sugar
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Grated cheese
- 100 g Soy Milk Yogurt
- 20 g Basil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Sift the flour and baking powder together.
- Finely chop the basil.
- Add the salt and sugar to the sifted flour mixture. Add the butter and mix it in with your hands, breaking it up as you go.
- Add the chopped basil to the mixture from step 3. Gradually add the soy milk yogurt and love, mixing until the dough reaches a suitable consistency.
- Cut the dough into scone shapes using a cutter. Brush the tops with milk and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
Notes
These scones have a refreshing basil aroma and a crispy texture.
