    Cancellation Policy

    Kura Cooking class (hereafter referred to as "our class") is a cooking class in a private space. Since we operate on a small scale, if paperwork and ingredients are already prepared at the time of cancellation, it will hinder the stable operation of our class. We ask that you register only after you have finalized your plans.
    We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

    Cancellation Fees

    • 8 or more days prior to the event: No charge
    • 7 to 4 days prior to the event: 50% of the fee
    • Up to 3 days prior to the event: 100% of the fee

    *Please be sure to call us if you need to cancel up to 3 days prior to the event or on the day of the event.

    Disclaimer

    In the event that a class cannot be held due to unforeseen circumstances, the class will be rescheduled. If you are not able to attend the substitute class, 100% of the fee will be refunded. In the event of an approaching typhoon, heavy snowfall, disaster, or other circumstances that are predicted to pose a risk to the safety of the participants, we will make arrangements to reschedule the class. Classrooms may also be rescheduled in the event of an outbreak of infectious disease or other illness in the participant or family members.
