Ingredients
- 180 g Strong flour
- 2 g Baking powder
- 2 g Salt
- 150 g Water
- 8 Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- a little Salt
- a little Pepper
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Knead the flour, baking powder, salt, and water theday before and keep in the refrigerator.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet without crushingit, and spread it with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt lightly on 2.
- Spread mayonnaise on 3.
- Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper on 5.
- Bake for 13minutes at 220℃
Notes
*Shrimp are very crunchy, plump and sweet. They go well with focaccia.
