Tea and Chestnut Stollen

Ingredients
- 100 g strong flour
- 80 g flour
- 1/2 Earl Grey tea bag
- 20 g sugar
- 2 g salt
- 2 g dry yeast
- 80 ml milk
- 70 ml Egg + water
- 15 g butter
- 10 chestnuts(candied chestnuts)
- 50 g mixed fruit
- to taste Butter
- to taste Sugar powder
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Put strong flour, flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast and Earl Grey tea leaves in a container and mix well
- Add milk, water, egg and melted butter and mix well
- Mix the mixed fruits, chopped chestnuts and love into the mixture of 2.
- Keep 3 in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove 4 from the container onto floured cooking paper and fold into three equal sections.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Brush the tops with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
- Let cool and wrap 7 in plastic wrap.
Notes
*This is an easy-to-eat stollen with no added spices. Chestnuts and Earl Grey go well together.
