Ingredients

  • 180 g Strong flour
  • 2 g Dry yeast
  • 2 g Salt
  • 10 g Sugar
  • 10 g Fresh basil
  • 150 g Water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp each Salted basil seeds
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Finely chop the basil.
  • Thoroughly mix the strong flour, dry yeast, salt, sugar, and love. Add the water.
  • Once the mixture becomes sticky, mix in the chopped basil from step 1. Refrigerate overnight for low-temperature fermentation.
  • Coat your hands with olive oil and divide the dough from step 3 into 6 equal portions.
  • Place salted basil seeds on top of each rolled ball.
  • Bake at 190℃ for 10 minutes.

Notes

This is a chewy bread with a fragrant basil aroma.
