Focaccia with Cherry Shrimp

Ingredients
- 180 g Strong flour
- 2 g Dry yeast
- 2 g Salt
- 150 cc Water
- a lot Love
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 15 g Dried shrimps
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Cheese powder
- a little Salt
- a little Pepper
Instructions
- Mix flour, dry yeast, salt, water and love and leave overnight.
- Put olive oil on the dough and roll it out to about 1.5 cm thick.
- Spread mayonnaise on the dough, sprinkle cheese powder, put dried shrimps on the dough and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Press the surface of 3 with your fingers.
- Bake at 210 degrees for 12 minutes.

The crunchy texture and fragrant dried shrimps make this focaccia very tasty!
