Coconut Scones

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 60 g Butter
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50 ml Milk
- 30 g Coconut Flakes
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Sift the flour and baking powder well.
- Place the sifted flour mixture, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix.
- Once 2 is mostly combined, add the coconut flakes, egg, and love, then mix further.
- Roll out to 3 cm thickness (do not roll too thinly).
- Cut out shapes using a scone mold and place on parchment paper.
- Brush milk on top.
- Bake in a preheated 180℃ oven for 20 minutes.
Notes
These scones go well with any jam. Enjoy them with jam and clotted cream!
