Lotus butterfly cake
Lotus powder makes cake glutinous.
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Lotus powder
- 70 g Butter without salt
- 100 g Flour
- 2 Egg
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Lotus seeds sweet paste
- A lot Love
Lotus seeds sweet paste
- 100 g Dried lotus seeds
- 80 g Sugar
- a little Salt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Knead butter.
- Mix flour and baking powder.
- Put sugar into 1 and mix. Repeat this 2 times.
- Add egg to 3.
- Put 2 into 4, salt, and lotus powder with love.
- Put 5 into baking pans.
- Bake 6 for 20 minutes at 170
- 7 becomes cold, cut off top and put lotus seeds paste.
- Put on the top like a butterfly.(see the picture above)
