Lotus butterfly cake

Lotus powder makes cake glutinous.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Lotus powder
  • 70 g Butter without salt
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 Egg
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Lotus seeds sweet paste
  • A lot Love

Lotus seeds sweet paste

  • 100 g Dried lotus seeds
  • 80 g Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Knead butter.
  • Mix flour and baking powder.
  • Put sugar into 1 and mix. Repeat this 2 times.
  • Add egg to 3.
  • Put 2 into 4, salt, and lotus powder with love.
  • Put 5 into baking pans.
  • Bake 6 for 20 minutes at 170
  • 7 becomes cold, cut off top and put lotus seeds paste.
  • Put on the top like a butterfly.(see the picture above)
