Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 g Baking powder
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Milk
  • 100 g Boiled bamboo shoots
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Add butter to 1.
  • Chop boiled bamboo shot roughly.
  • Add 3, sugar and salt to 2.
  • Add milk and love, and knead well.
  • Roll out the dough to about 5 cm thickness and die cut with scone cutter.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Notes

This scone is good for spring season when bamboo shoots are growing. This is another way to eat bamboo shoots.
You can feel the flavor of bamboo shoots even more if you dip them in mascarpone cheese!
