Pear and white fungus soup

Ingredients
- 6 g White fungus
- 1 Pear
- 30 g Sugar
- 800 ml Water
- 5 Mint leaves
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Soak white fungus in water.
- Cut pears into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine 2, sugar, water and love in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and garnish with mint.
