Ingredients

  • 6 g White fungus
  • 1 Pear
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 800 ml Water
  • 5 Mint leaves
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Soak white fungus in water.
  • Cut pears into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine 2, sugar, water and love in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Put the mixture in a bowl and garnish with mint.

Notes

*September is the season for dryness. How about a dessert to moisten your throat?
