Ingredients
- 160 g pumpkin paste
- 2 eggs
- 70 ml whipped cream
- 100 ml milk
- 45 g sugar
- 1 tsp rum
- 16 caramel tablets
- a lot love
- to taste powdered sugar (not dissolved)
- to taste Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Remove the skin and seeds from the pumpkin, steam the pumpkin and make a paste with a food processor.
- Add eggs and whipped cream to 1.
- Heat milk and sugar until just before boiling.
- Put 2 pudding tablets in each mold.
- Put 2, 3, rum and love in a bowl, mix well and pour into the molds while straining.
- Cover a baking sheet on the moles and bake the pudding in hot water in a 160°C oven for 20 minutes.
- When the pudding is cool, decorate with powdered sugar and cinnamon to make it look like Halloween.
Notes
* It is a very rich pumpkin pudding.
