Ingredients
- 70 g flour
- 70 g strong flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 40 g butter
- 40 g sugar
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 egg
- 100 ml soymilk
- 5 pieces candied chestnuts

Instructions
- Sift flour, strong flour and baking powder.
- Put the butter in a food processor, add the sugar,golden syrup, and eggs, and mix well.
- Roughly chop 3 of the 5 pieces of candied chestnuts and cut 2 of them into 4 equal pieces.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the soy milk and mix.
- Add 1. 3 chopped candied chestnuts and love to 4and mix well.
- Pour 5 into the 8 molds.
- Place the quartered candied chestnuts on the top of the 6.
- Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes
This cake is made with chestnuts boiled in astringent skin, a taste of autumn. You can enjoy the taste of autumn.
