Ingredients

  • 75 g Pumpkin
  • 75 g Rice flour
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 15 g Rice oil
  • 60 g Soy milk
  • 3 g Baking powder
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix rice flour and baking powder.
  • Cut pumpkin into chunks and steam.
  • Mix 1,2, sugar, rice oil, soy milk and love.
  • Pour the mixture into the muffin tin and decorate with pumpkin seeds.
  • Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.

Notes

How about a simple rice flour cake for Halloween? It is good chewy.
