Thin sliced egg

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • A little salt
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 tsp potato starch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Beaten egg
  • Add sugar, salt. potato starch and love to 1 and mix well.
  • Pour half of the mixture into a frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil.
  • When the surface of 3 dries out, turn off the heat, turn over and let the residual heat cook the mixture.
  • Dry the 4 and cut into thin strips.
