Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp sugar
- A little salt
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A lot love
Instructions
- Beaten egg
- Add sugar, salt. potato starch and love to 1 and mix well.
- Pour half of the mixture into a frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil.
- When the surface of 3 dries out, turn off the heat, turn over and let the residual heat cook the mixture.
- Dry the 4 and cut into thin strips.
