Green curry and chapattis

Ingredients

Green curry

  • 100 g Jews mallow
  • 5 Green pepper
  • 5 Japanese basil
  • 30 g Cashew nuts Fried them then soak in water
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 piece Garlic
  • 2 Lemon grass
  • 200 cc Broth
  • a lot Love
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Yuzu pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 50 g Zucchini
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 10 Small tomato
  • a little Salt
  • a little Pepper

Chapattis

  • 200 g Strong flour
  • 2 tbsp Bran flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 140 cc Water
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Blend from Jew mallow to lemon grass and love with blender.
  • Put olive oil into the pot and stir-fry coriander and cumin, then add 1 and broth to it.
  • When 2 starts boiling, put yuzu pepper, white soy sauce, lemon juice and love, then cook for a few min.
  • Cut vegetables into 1cm cube then stir-fry with salt and pepper.
  • Mix from strong flour to water and knead it with olive oil, then cut into 6 pieces.
  • Extend round 5 into 15cm circle then bake both side with frying pan.
  • Mix 3 and 4. Serve it with 6.
