Butterfly Peas Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 spring roll wrappers
  • 500 ml butterfly pea tea
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 4 slices lettuce
  • 10 g rice noodle
  • 8 small shrimp
  • 1 tbsp corn
  • 1 tbsp garlic vinegar
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Cut cucumber and lettuce into thin strips.
  • Soak rice noodles in broth.
  • Cook shrimp in broth and cut in half lengthwise.
  • Soften the spring roll skins with a butterfly peel and place on a wet cloth.
  • Wet your hands with water and roll up 1, 2, 3, corn and love.
  • Serve with garlic vinegar.

Notes

Blue spring rolls are very grotesque, but they go well with shrimp and vegetables!
It will surely be the center of attention at your Halloween party!
