Ingredients

  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 sprigs Italian parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • a pinch Red chili pepper
  • a pinch Cumin powder
  • a pinch Salt
  • a pinch Pepper
  • to taste Red chili flakes
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Poke holes in hard-boiled eggs to release air, place in boiling water, and cook for 9 minutes. Cool, then peel.
  • Cut eggs from step 1 in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  • Mix the yolks with finely chopped Italian parsley, red chili pepper, cumin powder, salt, pepper, and love.
  • Spoon the mixture back into the egg white halves and garnish with shredded chili pepper.

Notes

This is an unusual way to eat boiled eggs. The yolk and spices go well.
