Lotus and Chinese chives dumpling
It is nice scent and taste fluffy.

Ingredients
- 130 g Lotus
- 5 Chinese chives
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tsp Lemon salt
- 3 tbsp Flour
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Grate lotus roots
- Chop Chinese chives
- Mix 1, 2, egg white, lemon salt. Flour, and love.
- Make 8 balls of 3
- Bake 4 with sesame oil.
