Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 60 g Butter
- 50 cc Milk
- 50 g Canned peach
- a lot Love
Peach custard
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 100 cc Peach syrup and milk
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Mix butter and 1 well.
- Add sugar, salt, milk to 2.(add milk little by little)
- Add chopped peach with love to 3.
- Die cut 4 with scone cutter, and bake 20 minutes at 170 ℃
Peach custard
- Mix all ingredients and heat in a microwave at 700W for 1minute, and check. You should repeat this action a few times until cream is made.
Notes
*Peach scone goes well with peach custard.
