  • 70 g Flour
  • 15 g Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 120 cc Milk
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • a lot Love


  • Sift the flour.
  • Melt butter in a double boiler.
  • Mix 1, sugar, salt, egg, milk, 2, and love well.
  • Pour olive oil in a frying pan, pour 1/4 of 3 and fry on both sides.
  • Place the pancakes on a plate with the 4 rolls,pour lemon vinegar over the top, and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.


*These pancakes were originally made for people fasting for 41 days before Easter to use the eggs and other food left over before the fast. Pancakes with lemon and sugar are very fresh.
