Ingredients

  • 1 large egg Egg white
  • 25 g Cherry blossom pastes
  • 10 g Sugar
  • 30 g Rice oil
  • 20 g Cake flour
  • 20 g Almond powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 6 pieces Salted cherry blossoms
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Beat the egg white well using a speed cutter.
  • Add the cherry blossom paste and sugar to step 1, mix further, then gradually add the rice oil and mix well.
  • Sift the cake flour, almond powder, and baking powder together.
  • Mix step 2, step 3, and love. Pour into a financier mold greased with rice oil.
  • Place salt-cured cherry blossoms (salt removed) on top of step 4. Bake at 190℃ for 15 minutes.

Notes

You feel spring with salt-cured cherry blossoms and cherry blossom paste.
