Ingredients
- 1 large egg Egg white
- 25 g Cherry blossom pastes
- 10 g Sugar
- 30 g Rice oil
- 20 g Cake flour
- 20 g Almond powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 6 pieces Salted cherry blossoms
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Beat the egg white well using a speed cutter.
- Add the cherry blossom paste and sugar to step 1, mix further, then gradually add the rice oil and mix well.
- Sift the cake flour, almond powder, and baking powder together.
- Mix step 2, step 3, and love. Pour into a financier mold greased with rice oil.
- Place salt-cured cherry blossoms (salt removed) on top of step 4. Bake at 190℃ for 15 minutes.
Notes
You feel spring with salt-cured cherry blossoms and cherry blossom paste.
