Pomegranate Scones

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Pomegranate powder
- 60 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 80 ml Milk
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, pomegranate powder, and sugar.
- Add the butter to 1 and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add milk and love to the mixture from step 2, folding gently as you mix.
- Cut out shapes with scone mold from the dough, brush with milk, and bake at 170℃ for 17 minutes.
Notes
These scones use pomegranate tea, popular in Turkey. They’re delicious served with clotted cream and lemon jam.
