Egg Salmon

Egg Salmon
This is light dish. It is good recipe for hot day.
Servings: 2 people
Cost: 300 yen
Ingredients
- 2 pieces salmon
- 50 ml vinegar
- 1 boiled egg
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped Parsley
- 2 tbsp Chopped pickled onion
- 2 lemon slices
- A lot love
Instructions
- Put the salmon and vinegar into a microwavable bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Check after 2 minutes. If the fish isn't completely cooked, microwave again for 1 more minute. If it is completely cooked, then take it out of the microwave, and let it cool.
- Chop the boiled egg and then mix it with the mayonnaise.
- Add the chopped parsley, chopped pickled onion, and love.
- Put the egg mixture on top of the fish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold with lemon slices.
