Egg Salmon

This is light dish. It is good recipe for hot day.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces salmon
  • 50 ml vinegar
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Chopped pickled onion
  • 2 lemon slices
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Put the salmon and vinegar into a microwavable bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Check after 2 minutes. If the fish isn't completely cooked, microwave again for 1 more minute. If it is completely cooked, then take it out of the microwave, and let it cool.
  • Chop the boiled egg and then mix it with the mayonnaise.
  • Add the chopped parsley, chopped pickled onion, and love.
  • Put the egg mixture on top of the fish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Serve cold with lemon slices.
