Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 2 cups Kelp broth
  • 200 g Scabbard fish
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 piece Fried bean curd
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 5cm piece Kelp
  • 1 bunch Trefoil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Grate the fish into two pieces, season with salt,and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Wipe off the water from 1.
  • Grill the fish until slightly charred.
  • Wash rice and soak in kelp broth.
  • Add sake, soy sauce, grated ginger, and affection to 4 and adjust water. 6.
  • Put shredded fried tofu and 3 on top of 5 and cook. 7.
  • Serve in a bowl and garnish with mitsuba.

Notes

This is a very fragrant takikomi-gohan. You can feel the flavor of the broth.
