  • 4 Shrimp
  • 1/2 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy milk yogurt
  • a little Salt
  • a little Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • to taste Cheese powder
  • A lot Love


  • Chop garlic.
  • Shell the shrimp and coat with minced garlic and olive oil.
  • Put the shrimp in the olive oil and garlic and fry until browned.
  • Make a sauce with soy yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder and love.
  • Lay torn lettuce on a plate, put 3 on top, and sprinkle 4 and cheese powder.
