Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki Chicken
It is one of Japanese traditional dishes. You can use Teriyaki sauce any dishes.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken thigh
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 cc Hot water
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Make holes in the chicken with a tooth pick.
- Sprinkle salt and cooking wine on the chicken
- Put olive oil in the frying pan, then grill chicken on the sin side.
- When you grill the skin you put a cooking sheet on it and put a heavy pot on top the sheet until the surface of the chicken gets burned.
- Then turn over it and grill.
- Mix hot water, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and warm.
- Put 5 in 6 and reheat.
- Serve the chicken with greens and love
