Japanese chicken rice
It is Japanese style Singapore chicken rice. Chicken is really juicy.
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 3 C Rice
- 3 C Water
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 3 tbsp White soy sauce
- 15 g Ginger
- 400 g Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin(Sweet Sake)
- 1 tbsp White Miso
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Make holes in the Chicken with awl and sprinkle water, sugar, and salt on it, then knead it 100times.
- Cook rice with water, cooking wine, white soy sauce, ginger , and 1
- Mix Ketchup, soy sauce, Mirin, and white miso well.
- After cooking the rice, remove the chicken and mix well with rice and a lot of love.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Put 4 and then 5 on a plate.
- When you eat, you put as much of 3 on the rice as you want.
