Stuffed bell peppers with meat

Ingredients
- 6 bell peppers or green pepper
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 350 g minced pork
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1.5 tbsp milk
- 1 small onion
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic soy sauce
- 1 egg
- A lot of Love
Sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp gravy
Instructions
- Cut bell pepper or green pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Rinse 1 in cold water, drain, and coat the inside with flour.
- Dredge the breadcrumbs with milk.
- Finely chop garlic and onion.
- Mix minced pork, 3, 4, salt, pepper, garlic soy sauce, egg and love.
- Fill 5 into 2, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake at 200℃ for 20 minutes.
- Mix gravy, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to make sauce.
- Serve 6 and pour the sauce on top.
Notes
*Meat stuffing made in the oven is very juicy. Good for lunch box, too.
