Tea Pork

Tea Pork

English tea makes berry pork light and soft. You can eat it with any kind of dressing.

Ingredients

  • 800 g Berry pork
  • 160 cc English tea
  • 1 Leek

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Garlic soy sauce
  • 11/2 cup Red wine
  • 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Put the pork in a pressure cooker and pour tea over it till it just covers it.
  • Heat 1, and when the pressure reaches a high level, turn down the heat and continue cooking at low heat for 3min.Then leave the meat in the cooker until the pressure goes down completely. ( If you don’t use a pressure cooker, boil it for 40min. with a small lid which is placed directly on the food)
  • Add grated ginger and garlic to the soy sauce, garlic soy sauce, red wine and love.
  • Put the meat from 2 into 3.
  • After 1 hour, slice 4
  • Sprinkle chopped leeks on 5 and pat it down with your fingers to make the seasoning soak in.
