Fried Chicken(Karaage)

Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp garlic soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- 30 g rice flour
- 15 g potato starch
- 500 ml rice oil
- a lot of love
Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken with garlic, soy sauce,sake, ginger juice and love and rub well.
- Coat the seasoned chicken with a mixture of rice flour and potato starch.
- Pour rice oil into a frying pan and fry.
- Sprinkle with curry salt (not included) or other seasonings to taste.
Notes
* Deep-frying with rice flour and potato starch mixture keeps the fried chicken crispy and light even after a long time.
It is also delicious with sakura salt, green tea salt, etc. depending on the season.
