Ingredients

Crust

  • 100 g Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 50 cc Water
  • a lot Love

Bulgogi

  • 100 g Shredded beef
  • 1/2 Red paprika
  • 1/2 Yellow paprika
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Red pepper paste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Grated garlic
  • to taste Tabasco

Instructions

  • Mix flour, olive oil, salt, water and love together and knead for 4-5 minutes, then, wait for at least 30min.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, roll them out to 16 cm in diameter, and fry them in a pan without oil until slightly browned.
  • Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, halve the paprika lengthwise and slice them finely, and thinly slice the onion.
  • Put olive oil in a frying pan and fry 3.
  • Add cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, red pepper paste, sesame oil and grated garlic to 4.
  • Before rolling, mix 5 with Tabasco to taste.
  • Put 4 equal portions of 6 into 2 and roll up.

Notes

The sticky texture of the skin makes it an addictive dish. You can enjoy it by changing what you put inside.
