Ingredients
- 200 g Minced chicken
- 1/2 Leek
- 2 tbsp Potato starch
- 1 tnsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- a pinch Salt
- to taste Pumpkin powder
- to taste Purple sweet potato powder
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Chop leek.
- Add1, potato starch, sake, cooking wine, grated ginger, salt and love to minced chicken and mix well.
- Divide 2 into 8 equal portions, roll them up, and steam them in a steamer.
- Sprinkle pumpkin powder and purple sweet potato powder on 3.
Notes
I tried to create a slightly creepy image of Halloween. The dumplings will look fancy.
