Grilled chicken with Japanese pepper
This is a bit spicy. You can use chili pepper instead of Japanese pepper powder.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken thigh
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Japanese pepper powder
- 3 Peas
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Make holes with fork on the chicken skin.
- Put salt around 1.
- Remove water from 2 and sprinkle Japanese pepper.
- Bake 3 at 200 ℃ for 20 min on the side with skin and for 5min on the side without skin.
- Cut 4 and put on the plate with green peas as shown above and serve.
