Kabocha hamburger steak

Ingredients

  • 150 g groundbeef
  • 150 g groundpork
  • 150 g pumpkin
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp soy souce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • A little pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp potato starch
  • 80 g cheese
  • A little salt
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Cut the pumpkin into chunks and steam, then mash them.
  • Finely chop onion and microwave for 2 minutes, then grill in olive oil (not included).
  • Knead the ground beef and pork, 1, 2, soy sauce,sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil, potato starch and love.
  • Divide 3 into 4 equal portions, remove the air and fry in a pan with olive oil (not included in the quantity).
  • When both sides of 4 are browned and cooked, put cheese on top.
  • Place one by one on a plate, garnish the top with the steamed pumpkin reserved from step 1, and sprinkle salt on top.

Notes

The sweetness of pumpkin, cheese and salt go very well together. It is good for Halloween.
