Taro with Butter and Soy Sauce
Servings: 2 serves
Cost: 300yen
Ingredients
- 250 g taro
- 1 tbsp rice oil
- 5 g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp green laver(aonori)
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Peel taro, cut into 8mm thick and steam.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the taro.
- Take out the taro and add butter, soy sauce and love.
- When the butter is melted, put the taro back in the pan.
- Serve with green laver (aonori) sprinkled on top.
Notes
The taro is very fragrant and rich. It is also effective for cough with phlegm.
