Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Fried tofu
  • 200 g Radish
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 3 Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 70 cc Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Dried shiitake mushroom broth
  • 3 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash fried tofu and soak in hot water at 50 degrees for 20 minutes, then cut into strips.
  • Cut radish and carrot into strips.
  • Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in the water and cut into strips.
  • Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry 1, 2, and 3.
  • When the vegetables in 4 have softened, take them out and put them on a bat.
  • Pour the mixture of vinegar, sugar, salt, and shiitake mushroom broth over 5.
  • Add half the amount of ground sesame seeds and love to the mixture.
  • Serve and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds on top.

Notes

This is a recipe that doesn’t have the harsh sourness of vinegar. The aroma of sesame oil goes very well with the vinegar.
