fried vegetables with vinegar

Ingredients
- 1 sheet Fried tofu
- 200 g Radish
- 100 g Carrots
- 3 Dried shiitake mushrooms
- 70 cc Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Dried shiitake mushroom broth
- 3 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Wash fried tofu and soak in hot water at 50 degrees for 20 minutes, then cut into strips.
- Cut radish and carrot into strips.
- Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in the water and cut into strips.
- Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry 1, 2, and 3.
- When the vegetables in 4 have softened, take them out and put them on a bat.
- Pour the mixture of vinegar, sugar, salt, and shiitake mushroom broth over 5.
- Add half the amount of ground sesame seeds and love to the mixture.
- Serve and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds on top.
Notes
This is a recipe that doesn’t have the harsh sourness of vinegar. The aroma of sesame oil goes very well with the vinegar.
