Cooked Chinese cabbage with milk
You can feel sweetness of Chinese cabbage.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 250 g Pork
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ginger juice
- 300 g Chinese cabbage
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 C Broth
- 1 C Milk
- 1/2 C Whipping cream
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- a little Pepper
- 2 tbsp Leek
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix pork, salt, and ginger juice.
- Cut Chinese cabbage into chunks.
- Stir-fry 1 and 2 with sesame oil.
- Put butter and flour into a pan and stir-fry for 3 min.then add broth and milk until soup becomes thick.
- Put 3 into 4.
- Add whipping cream and salt to 5.
- Put chopped leeks on top and serve.
