Taro with Butter and Soy Sauce

- 250 g taro
- 1 tbsp rice oil
- 5 g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp green laver(aonori)
- A lot of love
Peel taro, cut into 8mm thick and steam.
Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the taro.
Take out the taro and add butter, soy sauce and love.
When the butter is melted, put the taro back in the pan.
Serve with green laver (aonori) sprinkled on top.
The taro is very fragrant and rich. It is also effective for cough with phlegm.
