Taro with Butter and Soy Sauce

Ingredient

  • 250 g taro
  • 1 tbsp rice oil
  • 5 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp green laver(aonori)
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Peel taro, cut into 8mm thick and steam.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the taro.
  • Take out the taro and add butter, soy sauce and love.
  • When the butter is melted, put the taro back in the pan.
  • Serve with green laver (aonori) sprinkled on top.

Notes

The taro is very fragrant and rich. It is also effective for cough with phlegm.
