Namul with Wakame and Bean Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 40 g Fresh wakame
  • 1 bag Bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • a little Salt
  • 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Hot pepper miso
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Pour boiling water over fresh wakame and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Steam the bean sprouts.
  • Mix sesame oil, white soy sauce , vinegar, salt, hot pepper miso, and love well.
  • Combine 1 and 2 with 3.
  • Plate 4 and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.

Notes

This namul is especially recommended during the fresh wakame season.
