Namul with Wakame and Bean Sprouts
Cost: 200 yen
Ingredients
- 40 g Fresh wakame
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- a little Salt
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp Hot pepper miso
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over fresh wakame and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Steam the bean sprouts.
- Mix sesame oil, white soy sauce , vinegar, salt, hot pepper miso, and love well.
- Combine 1 and 2 with 3.
- Plate 4 and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
Notes
This namul is especially recommended during the fresh wakame season.
