Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredient

  • 160 g pumpkin paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 ml whipped cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 45 g sugar
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 16 caramel tablets
  • a lot love
  • to taste powdered sugar (not dissolved)
  • to taste Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Remove the skin and seeds from the pumpkin, steam the pumpkin and make a paste with a food processor.
  • Add eggs and whipped cream to 1.
  • Heat milk and sugar until just before boiling.
  • Put 2 pudding tablets in each mold.
  • Put 2, 3, rum and love in a bowl, mix well and pour into the molds while straining.
  • Cover a baking sheet on the moles and bake the pudding in hot water in a 160°C oven for 20 minutes.
  • When the pudding is cool, decorate with powdered sugar and cinnamon to make it look like Halloween.

Notes

* It is a very rich pumpkin pudding.
