Apple and Cinnamon Scones

Ingredients
- 1/2 apple
- 30 g sugar
- 10 g butter
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 180 g flour
- 15 g almond powder
- 1 g salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60 g butter
- 35 ml milk
- 2 g cinnamon powder
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Cut apples into 1 cm cubes, heat together with sugar and lemon juice, and when the juice is absorbed, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Sift flour, almond pudding, salt, sugar, baking powder, add butter and mix well.
- Add milk, and when the dough is a little hard, add the apples.
- Cut out shapes with a scone cutter.
- Place the scones on a oven sheet and brush the top with milk.
Notes
*Bake at 190 degrees for 5 minutes and at 150 degrees for 13 minutes.
Caramelized apples make very tasty scones!
