Miso soup with winter melon
Servings: 2 serves
Cost: 300 yen
Ingredients
- 500 ml broth
- 100 g winter melon
- 1 potato
- 2 Chinese chives
- 1 tbsp miso
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Make broth with kelp and tuna flakes.
- Cut winter melon and potato into bite-sized pieces.Cut Chinese chives into 2 cm pieces.
- Add winter melon and potato to 1 and simmer until softened. 4.
- Add miso and love to 3, add Chinese chives and turnoff the heat.
Notes
*Winter melon contains plenty of potassium. It is also full of vitamin C.
