Soup with natsume and tofu soup

Ingredients
- 300 cc Kelp broth
- 2 Dried dates
- 75 cc Tofu
- 1 tsp Cooking wine
- 1 tsp White soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 leaves Japanese parsley
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Heat kelp broth.
- Add the dried dates and tofu to 1.
- Add cooking wine, salt and white soy sauce to taste.
- Serve 3 in bowls and Japanese parsley on top.
Notes
Dried dates is good for women to eat one a day. It is said to be effective in relieving stress.
