Miso soup with winter melon

Ingredient

  • 500 ml broth
  • 100 g winter melon
  • 1 potato
  • 2 Chinese chives
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Make broth with kelp and tuna flakes.
  • Cut winter melon and potato into bite-sized pieces.Cut Chinese chives into 2 cm pieces.
  • Add winter melon and potato to 1 and simmer until softened. 4.
  • Add miso and love to 3, add Chinese chives and turnoff the heat.

Notes

*Winter melon contains plenty of potassium. It is also full of vitamin C.
