Ingredients

  • 4 Asari clams
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1.5 tbsp Barley miso
  • 2 pieces 2 sprouts
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Place scallion in water and heat.
  • When the scallion's mouth opens, take the scallion out.
  •  Season 2 with barley miso.
  • Put the scallions in a bowl and pour in 3.
  • Garnish with sprouts and greens.

Notes

*Marugi miso soup with scallions not only nourishes the internal organs, but also helps to relieve fatigue during the hot season.
