Egg soup
This soup is hot a bit. Egg is just like moon.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 300 cc Broth
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Yuzu pepper
- 2 Boiled egg
- 1 Japanese ginger
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Make broth with kelp and bonito.
- Make soft boiled egg. (Boil for 8min. from boiling water)
- Season 1 with white soy sauce, salt, yuzu pepper, and love.
- Thin slice Japanese ginger.
- Put 2 into soup cups and put 4 on top then pour 3 and serve.
